The heating floor on the bath

The bathroom water wasn't draining as a result the whole bathroom was full of water after the bath . The shower was broken from the wall , the AC was out of order , we ordered the room for 6 , only 5 could sleep and there wasn't any bedsheets for the 5 th person .

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had. The place is filthy, run down, not up-kept, there is mold on the walls, bathroom, ceiling. It’s dusty, dirty, the ceiling paint and plaster are peeling off, walls with cracks and holes, spiderwebs everywhere. The place is a health hazard and should not be open for business! There is a hole on the wall that is masked by a picture that hides wires that are not secured, it’s horrific! I reported everything to the owner and took pictures immediately after we walked into the room. She was extremely hostile, rude, accusatory and not at all helpful. The pictures from booking.com are completely false and are far from the reality of the way the place looks and its condition. The stairway leading toward the floor is pinned up by a makeshift wooden scaffolding to hold the stairs from collapsing!! They should be shut down immediately! I don’t understand how they are still in business. The white towels were gray, gross! I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

The location is right in the center of Budapest, close to all the attractions. Quiet place.

The apartment needs cleaning. What the pictures show has nothing to do with the reality. There is no airflow in the bathroom so it has an unpleasant smell. Dust is present everywhere, spiderwebs in the corners. The floor makes a lot of noises so that the ones sleeping in the suspended "bedroom" will be woken if the other guests will need to use the toilet in the night.

good location worst place to stay as the building is rotten from outside and inside . the pics taken it might be long time not recent time.

the host is nightmare . one sentence NO COURTESY for guest . NO proper explanation . it was total disaster . one of the worst experience we had in life . I had booked 8 bookings with booking.com . I had bad experience with this stay .
