Ce qui est nettement moins bien - la rue du parking située à 300 m du logement n'est sûrement pas piétonne depuis seulement 2 semaines mais plutôt 2 ans au vu des panneaux indicatifs donc ce n'est pas compliqué de l'expliquer en message pour s' y rendre au lieu de dire que Google map ne la trouve pas. - vétusté et saleté du logement. Frigidaire avec congélateur condamné, SDB du siècle dernier avec baignoire sans rideau - cuisine insécure avec multiprises diverses - ampoule cassée fil à nu non remplacée - vaisselle incrustée de graisse, collante au point de devoir la laver avant de l'utiliser - multiples toiles d'araignée et peintures craquelées partout - sommier à lattes défoncé

Location is great.

the parking space is too narrow for a bigger car or SUV. The front door doesn't have curtains, and it's facing the bathroom door, i didn't dare to take a shower at night because other people could see me through the glass on the door.

Great location, right in the center close to all restaurants and shops. Metro is 10 min walk from the property. Great owner, has helped us with all info required and also with a problem accessing the car garage.

It could of been a little cleaner but in rest, all good.

A very pleasant place. The free parking offered made our stay in Budapest much easier. The location is excellent — despite being right in the city center, the apartment was quiet and peaceful. We highly recommend it and might even come back someday!

Location is really good. The beds are very comfortable which is important after a day of walking. Private parking in garage is excellent, since in Budapest there is a big problem with parking near the center. All in all - correct.

It wouldn't be bad if it was a little cleaner...

We left the apartment 15 minutes after arrival and had to look for and pay for another apartment in the middle of the night. This is the worst and dirtiest place I have ever been. The furniture is such that you have to be careful not to get stuck to it. Dirt is everywhere. The freezer is taped, there is no TV. Just entering the building does not inspire confidence. In a word, if you don't want to feel like you're in a horror movie, avoid this apartment.
