Classic Central Apartment

This was probably one of the best maintained apartments we have stayed in. The apartment was sparkling clean, very comfortable, spacy, with great view to the Basilica. The host, Barna, was amazing! He greeted us when we arrived, helped us with parking, gave us awesome tips for our stay and even planned out a great sightseeing route for us to follow to not miss any of the city's highlights. He recommended restaurants, shops, places out of the beaten path. He had thought about all possible things one might need during one's stay. In this awesome apartment one can easily feel like home, we loved it!!! 😍

Beautiful apartment in a wonderful location with such a friendly and thoughtful host. Could not have been better.

Great location, in the center, not noisy even you are at the boulevard. Clean and warm. Comfortable beds. Barna the host is also great, tell us everything we want to know, welcome drinks, so nice to meet him.

- He was very thoughtful about the smallest of the things that one might need as a traveller. Honestly, the list goes on and on and on & still he had included it in his historic apartment :) The most important one being since it was Christmas Eve that we reached, and everything was closed he had pre-booked a table for us at a nearby restaurant for dinner. This was just too amazing :) 10* for this very simple but often neglected thought. - He explained in detailed how to go about the city especially during Christmas & Christmas Eve and find good food, Christmas markets. - He is very accommodative and helpful in the smallest of the things.

- Maybe he could add a socket near the beds for charging cellphones, camera betteries. - Just the last evening until we checked out the Wifi wasn't working but we didn't bother him as we were to check out the next morning.

Very warm and friendly owner of apartment! He guided us where we can enjoy the time in Budapest. He also was very helpful showing us how to do the good trip in the city, where is the main spots, a lots of quality information. We like the location of apartment, the windows view was perfect, very close to basilica, lots of restaurants and Christmas bazaar was just opened. We saw a lots of old buildings, like Parliament, Vidago, Shoes on Danube river, taking ship for river trip (docks).... all are on around 10-20 minutes walking time from apartment.

Parking space was difficult to find, especially around 8 o'clock evening, but there is a off-street parking options in the area. On street parking is restricted until 3 hours.

By far Barna is the best host I have ever experienced! Nothing was too much for him ! We will definitely be back :)

Clean, well equipped, very good location, and having two toilets is a huge bonus for a group. The view of St Istvan Basilica is nice.

I am not used to bathroom or toilets that cannot be locked, but it is a small difference that can be easily managed
