Great location near to the subway station and tram, nice neighborhood. The apartment is very comfortable.

There was a problem with the hot water. I recommend ask first if they solved that before you stay

Good value for money The Danube River is just 12 minutes walk which make everything equidistant and accessible Please look up at restaurant prices, eating out can become very expensive! Peter is a really helpful host & on top of what he does

The Public Thermal Bath are very expensive, overcrowded & not a good customer services.

I travelled for work and this apartment was an excellent choice. The area may not be the most aesthetical one, but it is quite quiet; 🙂 that is, without rush traffic and also the neighbours were relatively calm. I most liked the round wooden table in the sleeping room, at which I could work and do a lot. The apartment itself and also the house is set in modern design, nice, and is well-equipped; you will find everything you need there. Based on this experience, I can recommend.

So nice to actually meet an owner who lets us in and gives us all the information needed. Thank you, Peter! The place was so comfortable, we could have stayed there for a year! The apartment was nicely designed, spacious and (Ra)cozy :-). The location was fabulous. Eight-minute walk to metro stop and large indoor food market and grocery store. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Great to have an elevator in the building and an A/C in the apartment. We enjoyed our balcony. Great stay; so much to see in Budapest.

The Tv was small and I didn’t like it.

The pros: The apartment is big enough for us, also the kitchen was very useful. Very quiet neighbourhood. The host gave us the keys exactly when we arrived. Also he agreed not to take the 100 usd deposite so its was very kind of him. Internet speed is fine. High floor. There is an elevator in the building. The overall cleanness was average. (Fine for us, maybe not enough for someone else).

The cons: There is no washing machine in the apartment. The mattress was very cheap and uncomfortable. The sheets looked very old and super used. The TV was not working properly, the smart tv function were totally broken, and the satellite channels were only 3 and they are useless, so we didn't use the tv at all. The bathtub was super clogged so it was very uncomfortable to use it. And the biggest cons was that we couldn't use the AC (It was very hot weather) although it was listed in booking. In the beginning the remote of the AC wasn't in the apartment, so we asked the host to give us the remote but he didnt gave it to us because "It was not warm enough". just after a couples of days of asking him for the remote he decided to give it to us, and when we finally turned on the AC it was working improperly (It was clogged and the airflow wasn't cool).

The apartment was beautiful, very clean and quiet, spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed it very much.

The pillows could have been a little better, but the bed was very comfortable.
