The apartment is located in a convenient place and has some amenities.

The infromation I received from the owner was only partially correct and it was very problematic to get into the apartment. The bathroom smelled a bit wierd. The available fans did not manage to cool the apartment and it was fuggily.

Location was great. Very convenient for public transportation and walking. Lots of stores nearby .Very well stocked with cooking supplies. Washing machine worked well. Very quiet we could not hear neighbors.

The information on how to get in comes at the last possible moment. The instructions are not clear. We felt like we were trying to solve a puzzle. They refer to the key fob as a "proxy". The carpet in the living room is disgusting. Only one bowl!

The location is near the train station and metro, so it is easy to access major sightseeing places.

I cannot recommend the accomodation if you check in at late night. The infornation about how to enter the accomodation was poor, and agency staff did not know the situation right away. If you cannot resolve it by yourself, you may spend the night in the street.

The location is perfect! 2 minutes walking distance from Nyugati, very close to transportation lines, and is in a quiet area yet still close to restaurants/westend, etc. The apartment is clean & comfortable. The staff are very helpful and patient when calling to ask for further guidance in checking in. Would definitely stay there again!!

Nice apartment and facilities. Water pressure in the shower was excellent so gave a great shower.

Living room carpet could do with a good professional clean. A warning for tall people, like my self,, about low ceiling in upper bed area.

The location was good, the kitchen was nice enough and the bathroom, albeit small, was renovated and nice, with good shower pressure. The price of the accomodation was worth it.

There was not even one dishwasher tablet to wash the dishes so we had to do it by hand - not an issue, but why have a dishwasher there then..? When we got there, a few dishes on the shelves were dirty so it wasn't pleasant, we had to thoroughly wash everything before use. Of course we didn't want to buy the pack of tablets ourselves as we'd only use 1 or 2 altogether and would have to take the rest back home with us, which is just ridiculous as none of us has a dishwasher (we could leave them at the property but since we didn't get any, just dirty dishes and cups ......). There is also very little storage space, and the only wardrobe was full of pullows and blankets. The windows are oooold, couldn't get them to close properly so I caught a cold since the cold air filled the apartment at night as we slept. The handle is hanging on for dear life. Also, for anyone arriving by car: the property wasn't exactly helpful with information other than letting us know that there is no free parking available. We had to figure out on our own that we could download this app Parkd which helps renew the parking automatically ANYWHERE in Budapest. It cost us around 22 eur/day, which is way better than 48 eur/day for the parking garage they suggested. And the parking spot was literally below our window, so win-win. So take this into consideration if you intend to visit Budapest. The app was very helpful when we took the car going sightseeing and didn't have to worry about paying the meter, finding coins for the machine .... Also, didn't appreciate the "hope you enjoyed your stay. Please make sure to leave by ten" message in the early morning of our last full day there - I almost had a heart attack because I thought I reserved the apartment for one day less as intended - I had to check, and it was all good, still had one more ful day there. I am mentioning this because I've stayed in a lot of booking.
