Central location, comfortable beds, good communication. Spacious apartment.

Thank you for the wine. Would rather had nepresso pods because the machine is there. Problem with the shower in the bathroom off the kitchen not working properly.

Lots of space, like having 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. Nice feel. I liked having the washing machine and heated towel rail. Bedding was suitable for the time of year. Location is great, lots of transport links and food options.

Sofa cushion was placed on my bed, didn't think that was hygienic. Water doesn't drain well in shower. Would like 2 pillows for reading in bed. There is a lot of light coming in at night around gaps, see photo. A better blackout solution should be sought. Suggest a couple of coffee pods instead of wine which was nevertheless appreciated. Location details took us to wrong side of the road but phone number was helpful. At gate before lift you have to wait several seconds after entering the code, would be helpful if information like that was provided up front. Towels are small. Central location meant it was often noisy with sirens etc.

Great location, very close to many many restaurants, activities. Astoria station is very close by, as are trams and buses. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils. Appliances (TV, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, cooktop) all worked well. Heating worked really well. Wifi is incredibly fast.

Both bathrooms have issues as other reviewers have pointed out. There is a leak from the bath and there's no drain in the floor, so be prepared to mop. The shower drains incredibly slowly, and unless you shower very quickly it will overflow and flood. Getting the key code to work through two sets of gates was a bit challenging, and a kindly passer-by helped us. The bedroom with the shower has an external flood lamp facing it to light up a bill-board, and so unless your curtains are pulled perfectly (which is challenging because one side has slipped off the hook), it can get very bright late at night unexpectedly.

-They are forcing you to fill out the form that it is mandatory for accommodation providers. because they are too lazy to do it themselves. -they do not read messages on booking or they read the messages, but they do not understand them and just keep writing the same thing. -there is no one to help with the check in. -Lack of communication.

Not exact drscription of the apparment - garbage bins at the entrance, dark and dirty corridors. Problematic bathrooms: One bathroom was clogged - we opened it by ourselves. Second bathroom - during the shower water is on floor and need to clean the bathroom.
