Capital Center Apartments Üllői

We were informed in advance about maintenance work that will be happening during our stay for which we were immediately offered a more expensive place to stay at without any change of the price! It was very nice as I booked the place many months in advance so I was worried there would be no places in reasonable prices available last-minute as it was the Formula 1 weekend. All was good, I was also asked to provide a safety deposit and it was returned to me fully after the stay as we did no damage to the property - all good! We also took the car to the apartment from the airport and Marianna was super kind, showed us some interesting places along the way and even sent to us a list of interesting places to visit in Budapest. The place was clean and close to public transport. I can definitely recommend, a great, pleasant stay!

The apartment is clean, quiet, and very well-located. The kitchen is functional and there are a comfortable sofa and comfortable armchairs. The hosts were very welcoming.

The staircase leading upstairs feels a bit strange. The bed isn't the most comfortable I've used, but it's ok.

Great location with excellent public transport connections. Area flanked by a modern shopping & dining area (Corvin negyed) and a trendy and buzzing area (Tompa u., Tűzoltó u., Trafó arts centre). The flat itself is a home away from home. The person managing the guests is a kind, reliable and professional lady, we were in great hands.

The flat is in an old house, and the flat itself is only partially renovated. This adds to the charm of the place of course. But it is therefore not spotlessly clean.

The location was superb, it was near a metro station. I was given the keys personally, Marianna was nice and punctual. Apartment well-equipped.

Marianna met us at the door and gave us many tips for restaurants and therms. She was really nice and punctual. The flat has a really good location and the underground 4 minutes walking. I would recomienda it.

The apartment is cozy and comfortable. It was a little rough around the edges, but I found this more charming than anything else. It was warm and the internet always worked perfectly, which was important for me as I was working in the apartment for the duration of my stay. I was met by Marianna with the keys, and was in contact with her over the course of my stay. She was friendly, chatty and had lots of advice for what to do and see in the city - magnificent!

The apartment was great - I have no complaints. But the only problem were the neighbours upstairs. I could hear every footstep that they took. I spent 1 month living here and working in the apartment throughout the day, so it may not matter to someone staying for less time and mostly being out and about in Budapest. I have to stress that there is nothing that the apartment owners could have done about it. Their end of the bargain was kept 100%.
