Apartment Fatmagül

We found the apartment very clean and tidy. There are also utensils to cook including a microwave. We also like quiet places and this one definitely is, not facing the street rather an internal yard. Last but not least, the host Kate was very thorough, responsive and helpful. I was sick for the last days and she kindly let us check out later than usual so I could recover a bit more.

The apartment is located very close to the M1 metro station. Kate (the owner) was very helpful and gave all necessary instructions and recommendations. The house was very clean, nicely decorated, and included all necessary items. The silence of the room was an important parameter. Even though it is located at the ground floor, you do not hear any noise that will disrupt your sleep. Overall it has a very good balance of location/price/functionality.

The building does not get the sunshine directly, but it should not be a concern because you will be outside during the day anyway.

Had a lovely few days in the apartment, all facilities good. The host Kate was very helpful with directions to apartment from airport and also local tips.

Apartment was exactly as pictured! Really spacious, squeaky clean, great shower, comfy bed, amazing location for an easy walk to just about anywhere we wanted to get! The apartment manager Kate was so so so incredibly helpful, reaching out before our stay with plenty of resources for exploring Budapest, and was super communicative. Key pickup instructions were clear and we got in with no issues, in the middle of the night. We had a small issue with the AC remote and Kate came over and got it sorted for us ASAP, really appreciate that! Plenty of food options in the area as well. Highly recommend, we would definitely stay here again in future :)
