Квартира очень чистая, просторная с отличным месторасположением. Рядом станция метро, остановка троллейбуса, в 2х шагах лидл, детская площадка, много кафе и ресторанов. Хозяйка очень приветливая, разрешила заехать на час раньше

Amazing location near the city park and a few minutes walk from the metro station. Big grocery store only one minute away. Lots of space, we even have our yoga room 🙂. The host is helpful and easy to communicate with. Safe and quiet. Love it.

The location and the hospitality from the host

The apartment is located very close to subway station (8 min), bus station (3 min), Andrassy street (8 min). You can also reach any important tourist attractions in approximately 30 min, by public transportation. There is a private parking around the apartment (3000 HUF/ day), cash only payment, they accept Euro, but not a fare conversion, so better to have HUF. The host was very nice, providing a lot of informations, was also easy to check in, the key was in a safe box opened with a code. Inside the apartment there are 1 bed and 2 sofas, large and comfortable enough for 2 adults, each. The kitchen is well eqquiped, we didnt really used it, but,you have all you need for cooking and having dinner. As is seen from description, the kitchen, the bathroom and 1 sofa are at 1st floor and at the ground is 1 bedroom with a glass door and a kind of living were you can find the second sofa. There is air conditioner.

The entrance is directly from the street, so was noisy because the sidewalk is right on your door and window. The walls are probably too thin, because you can hear people talking from the other apartments around you. There is an unpleasant smell inside, probably because there is only one big window, that opens directly on sidewalk so....is not too easy to keep it open for freash air. The most important aspect that made me give this low score was the cleaning. I expected to be very clean but... in the shower cabin (inside, on the floor and on the walls, on the tiles) there were some long black hair strands, under the sheet, on one sofa, there were 2 plastic false nails, near the bed 1 pair of dirty socks and 2 candy wrappers. At the 1st floor, on the sofa, there were 2 wet towels, someone probably took them out from he washing machine and forget them there. With all this, we couldnt trust that this apartment was really cleaned before we checked in, or it was cleaned in a hurry, and that bothers me. Over all, for us was not a good choice.

I liked the location, center easy to reach by metro. It is well equipped, communication with the owner is great - quick and helpful. Very pleasant stay, we enjoyed it. PS: Seems not to have been a flat originally, so you should not wonder that there is just one window in the whole flat, leading to the people passing on the street - for a short stay not a problem at all. Tall people in the upper floor should be careful when coming to the kitchen not to punch their head against the ceiling. Noises of the house are strange, esp. at night it could be scary for a child.

We were struggling a bit with ability to heat it adequately as the open space over 2 floors make it difficult to find the right balance.

The apartment is big and clean. The location is excellent, steps from the subway. Minutes from city center, Szechenyi Baths, Heroes' Square. The street is quiet. There are a lot of grocery stores and restaurants around.

No cons.
