Clean and modern apartment. Comfortable and big beds, toys for kids, books, speaker so you could listen your music. Close to museum and metro. Close to center, but in quiet area.

There was no tv, but that’s not a big issue

Gorgeous old Budapest setting and the apartment was very clean with nice decor. Communication with staff throughout was excellent.

Top floor with lots of stairs so be prepared when carrying luggage!

The building is one of those old, U-shaped buildings. First thing you encounter when entering the building are the trash cans that smells horrible. This shall pe resolved somehow (discused with the other tenants to find another place for the trash cans) because it is a big drawback foe any guests. Moreover, the apartment is at the third (last) floor, which makes it very hot in the apartment. Because of this, we had to leave the AC open during the day, even when we left the apartment, in order to cool down and have a good sleep at night. It was strange that we received a message on that day not to leave the AC open when leaving the apartment. My guess is that the host was somehow watching or coming to the apartment, which we do not appreciate at all. Another very bad thing was the shower - the drain was clogged and at the first shower the water leaked outside the bathtube. We had to clean and unclogg the bathtube, which is not normal for a guest to do. Additionally, the host is very insistend. Almost everyday we received a message with what to/not to do, way too many restrictions: take out the trash when leaving, start the dishwasher, do not leave the AC open, leave the locker with a specific code, read the book with instructions and soooo on. The host shall understand that their guests are mostly on holiday and do not want to be stresses all day, everyday about the housekeeping rules. One of the reasons we reserved the apartment was because we thoutht it has 2 bathrooms. Apparently, it has 2 bathrooms, but both of them are incomplete: one only with a sink and a toilet, and the other one has a shower and a sink. It might be partially our fault, bacause I did not checked the apartment layout before booking, although I belive the layout was not posted when we reserved (february 2025). Other minor drawbacks: light on the hallway is on sensor and at night if you want to sleep with the door open, it is very annoying.

Beautiful, well serviced apartment. There was a good range of facilities, there was nothing extra we needed. We travelled with our 2 grown boys and the space was perfect for the 4 of us. Big rooms, separate loo and well thought out layout. Location is central, a 10-15 minute walk to most of the main sights. Hosts were great, very responsive, and early check was very welcome. I would recommend this apartment to any of my friends in the future.

No Lifts, three flight os stairs so would not be suitable for anyone wiht mobility issues

The location is fantastic. A few minutes walk from the airport bus and public transport links. Hosts were so helpful with any inquiries. The apartment is spacious and clean. Coffee pods were a nice touch and slippers and towels to take to spas were so helpful!

Nothing. Literally the only thing we said is a little radio to provide some background noise would be nice but that's me being very picky!

The apartment has been beautifully restored and offers stylish accommodation situated in a nice neighborhood close to all the attractions of Budapest. Lots of extra touches such as guide books, recommendations, coffee, water, etc that made our stay just perfect. Hosts offered lots of tips and support, highly recommended.
