The heating in the apartment didn't work for the entire 5 days and we were really cold at night! Even when I contacted the owner of the place, she insisted that it was fine.... Her service was beyond reproach, she even brought toilet paper for two days knowing that we were coming for 5 nights. And she was also not willing to communicate with us by phone or WhatsApp!!!! I hope someone can compensate us for the poor service we received from her! Of course I will never recommend her!

Hele nette kamer, precies zoals op de foto’s. Check in was makkelijk met de video. Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding.

Een gordijn voor de deur zou voor minder licht inval zorgen ‘s ochtends vroeg. Ook te weinig handdoeken voor het aantal dagen dat we er waren.

Smeštaj je u mirnom delu grada i dobro je povezan sa svim gradskim linijama i opremljenost je dobra. Nismo imali problema sa internetom. Komunikacija sa osobljem je bila izuzetno dobra i brzo odgovaraju na sva pitanja.

Način ulaska, tj. brava, iz ličnog iskustva više volim klasičnu bravu za ključem umesto Smart brave sa šifrom. Klima uređaj nije dovoljno ugrejao apartman, ali nije bilo toliko hladno. Osetila se vlaga u apartmanu.

It was very clean and well-kept, 20 minutes from the center by foot, it had everything we needed, even a coffee maker, toaster and kettle, all in very good condition, the bathroom was fantastic, it had a hairdryer and a washing machine. The room had a smart TV that you can connect to Netflix and YouTube normally. It seemed like a safe area and we didn't have any problems. It was an apartment complex with a shared courtyard and everyone had their own door to enter the apartment so you didn't come into direct contact with anyone else. Owners, through the GUESTADVISOR application, will promote two different codes for the main door of the apartment building and for the apartment.

The only negative thing was that there were only two large body towels and two bath mats, but that wasn't a problem. Also it was quite humid, but the apartment has a dehumidifier.

Ruime kamer, goed bed, fijne douche en prettig dat er een keukentje in zit.

De kamer is erg vochtig, er staat een vochtvreter maar die maakt behoorlijk geluid en moet eigenlijk continu aan. Daarnaast krijg je voor 5 nachten 1 handdoek, dat is erg minimaal. Naar binnen gaan is de 1e keer een uitdaging met de sloten, met het filmpje hebben we ons uiteindelijk gered.
