N28 Deluxe Apartment

The apartment is spacious and near to the Opera House.

Worst check-in experience ever. The code provided to enter into the building didn't work. The reason being that the actual address is not 28 Nagymezo as shown in the booking page but 28A which is next door. Then I had trouble to get the keys from the key box and then trouble to unlock the door. All these problems really ruined the mood at the start of my holiday. After I finally got in the apartment, I found out that the tv didn't work. I spent two hours trying to set it up unsuccessfully. I used the oven once and the electricity went off. I contacted the host and he didn't respond. I didn't have electricity the whole night. The next morning, I still didn't have a reply so I rang him. He said to go to the electricity box and check if one of the switches was down. That box was so high, way above the front door that I couldn't see anything. In the end, I just tried to push all the switches up with the mop. Also there was a funny smell in the shower.

The Placement is good and the furniture is very modern. Its open and very suitable. The checkin is very simple and the comunication is exceptional.

The bathroom ventilation doesnt work very well. It smelled like canalsation and they didint have darkening curtains which lead to us waking up early in the morning.

Problem with front door closing,wifi and tv

The apartment is located in a great area, close to public transport and other important facilities. Shops and cafeterias are open in the area. The apartment was perfect for our short stay. It is equipped with all we needed. The host was informative and helpful at every moment! We liked the closeness to all areas of interest or connecting possibilities.

The apartment is a bit noisy if other neighbours walk and talk on their way to their flat in front of the window. Parking is expensive in the area, but street parking is available.

The location is good near the supermarket and restaurant and tourist spots. The staff is good to communicate with.

The internet has some trouble but the staff refund me some for this.

The WiFi connected to our phones, but didn't connect to the Internet. The TV didn't work and when I rang up about it the host said there would be a chromecast brought to the room for us to use but wasn't and when I tried to ring the host again, even though there was supposed to be someone on call 24/7 there was no answer.

There was no wifi connection, so we had to buy additional internet. Actually it was written on the explanations that wifi password will be shared after check-in but they didn't share. Probably they know the situation but they didn't solve it. Also we wanted to leave our lugagges before check-in but they didn't help us about it. Last, they changed check - in times. Its not good.
