Amazing location, really nice and clean apartment. Comfortable.

Complicated process when first unlocking apartment, but you get used to it.

Locatia foarte buna. Totul foarte accesibil. Dar din pacate apartamentul este ingrozitor. Pe langa faptul ca este la et 3, dar cu scari foarte lungi, care il fac sa urci de fapt 5-6 etaje in alta parte. Geamurile sunt practic inexistente, galagia de afara este ingrozitoare. De asemenea galagia din bloc, din celelalte apartamente este ingrozitoare. Toata noaptea este un dute vino, ceea ce face locatia sa nu fie deloc family friendly.

Din pacate mizeria din apartament era ingrozitoate. Este al 2 lea cel mai ingrozitor loc in care am stat si primul este tot in Budapesta. Noroc ca am stat si in hoteluri normale in Budapesta, altfel credeam ca totul e la fel ca aici. Deci, nici nu stiu cu ce sa incep. M-am lipit de gresie cand am intrat la dus. Ghiveta si sub prosopul de pe ghiuveta (hilar e faptul ca era impachetat in stil de hotel de lux :))) ) era plin de par pubian. La propriu. Nu am o problema ca unii oameni aleg sa is faca coafura acolo. Ca lasa mizerie. La aproape 100 de euro per noapte, fiecare poate face ce vrea. Am o problema cu faptul ca cei care detin apartamentul ar trebui sa faca curatenie, astfel ca eu nici macar sa nu banuiesc ca cineva face asa ceva. Totul in apartament era "cost/eficiency". Adica, ptr 4 persoane pe 4 nopti am primit 3 prosoape mari si unul mic (cel cu parul pubian, super...). AM primit 1 punga de gunoi. Am primit un picut de sapun lichid, intr-un recipient care nu prea ma ungea la suflet sa il folosesc pentru ca era plin de par pubian...... In rest nici macar un flacon de gel de dus, sampon sau 7 in 1 sau ceva. Nu vorbesc de periute de dinti sau pasta de dinti (asa cum in ultima vreme am intalnit din ce in ce mai mult in astfel de locatii). 2 suluri de hartie igienica, din care unul inceput. 3 cani, 3 farfuri, 3 linguri/ furculite/linguri mici. 0 (zero) detergent de vase. Patul plin de paianjeni. Stiu, am auzit ca intradevar cu cateva zile inainte de venirea noastra a fost o invazie de paianjeni in Ungaria. Dar la 100 de euro, te astepti ca in cateva zile sa scape de ei proprietarii. Patul mai avea si plsonite, copilul cel mare a fost plin de piscaturi pe tot corpul. O veselie, ce mai. Si jeg, jeg, jeg, peste tot. Au maturat si dar cu mopul efectiv numai pe mijlocul camerei. Nici macar sub masa din camera nu s-au obosit sa de-a cu mopul sau cu matura. Macar cu una. Bucataria este pusa efectiv acolo. Hota nu are iesire.

Misleading pictures and description!!! Since I didn’t download the app that the provider was repeatedly asking me to do - I could eventually open the door with the code, which you get through their app… The place does not match the description nor the pictures. It was a different apartment. When I contacted the host - there was no reply. We were 3 people and got only 2 chairs…

It did not match the description or the photos There was no gallery with a bed, there was no separate living room/sitting area from the sleeping area. There was only 1 bed and 1 sofa bed and not two. There was a huge black curly hair on the bed when we arrived - so much for cleaning…

Lokalizacja super! Wszędzie blisko. Działająca klimatyzacja, łóżko wygodne. Kontakt z właścicielem wzorowy. Klimatyczna klatka schodowa

Faktycznie to 3 piętro w tak wysokich budynkach daje w kość jak kilka razy w ciągu dnia się wchodzi.

So I spent in this apt 2 months, so I can tell you everything. :) - It was always very clean (once a week came the maid but you can pay for extra cleaning if you want). - In the kitchen is everything you need to cook or bake. Even bake-paper was already there. - The bathroom is smaller, but for two or 2+1child there is no problem. - Internet is enough quick (150mbps), you can even use a projector to watch netflix/youtube etc. It’s android tv connected. In 2 months it was never a problem with connection. - upstairs is the bed, which is veeeery comfortable. This could always be an issue in Budapest but not here. No squeezing, or other disruptions. I slept very well for two months here. - It’s 3rd floor from 3, so no annoying neighbours etc. - Also in apt it was very quiet, the neighbours were the whole time quiet. It’s an old building with enough thick walls so this isn’t issue and you can stay very comfortable here.

- Windows: Only one double-window is possible to open, and they are quite old. Especialy friday and saturday nights there is enough drunk people screaming on the streets and you can hear them well :) Also if you want to make dark by letting down the roll-up shutter, they are old and by just a light wind they make rumours. So I let them whole time up and used only curtains.. This could be a possibility to improve the guests stay for the owner.. - Both doors (entrance and kitchen->living room) have glass so if the neighbours come home you always get disturbed by the light from outside. And thats it. Nothing more :)

The apartment was very beautiful exactly like the pictures and was in a very good location. The owners had provided everything we needed during our stay.

It could be a little cleaner. But overall I’m satisfied with the apartment.

Very good experience. The position is perfect and you can reach easily places on foot or by transports. I confirm what others said about the building: not so cozy and very old; but the apartment is so nice.
