Generalno nije loše, lokacija je jako dobra za ono što smo tražili iako je na prvu bio šok. Jako toplo, što nam je pasalo jer je zima. Pogled sa terase lijep.

Zgrada je stara, u ulazu se osjeća smrad smeća, jer su smerlarnici zatvoreni i u ulazu. Lift izrazito malen, apartman na 11 katu. Situacija sa instalacijama struje i vode zabrinjavajuća. Utičnice pričvršćene selotejpom, pipa od kade spijena na umivaonik. Jasno da se radi o apartmanu sa 3 zvjezdice, ali striju i vodu smatram osnovom i u to bi se moglo malo uložiti, a da bude sigurnije. O drvenim ulaznim vratima ne želim niti govoriti.
