Были не предоставлены ключи от входной двери. Сейф был пуст. Вошли во входные ворота благодаря выходившим соседям. Когда вошли в сарай, который на Букинге называли апартаментами, просто ужаснулись. В объявлении была указана кровать, но она там отсутствовала и нам с мужем пришлось спать на полу. В так называемых апартаментах не было вообще окон. Можно было умереть без воздуха. В ванной комнате вообще отсутствовал умывальник. Мы так и не смогли посмотреть Будапешт, потому что не могли выйти без ключей, которые нам не положили в сейф во второй раз. В объявлении не соответствовали номера телефонов и их постоянно меняли. А потом нам начали угрожать что будет штраф за утерю ключей. А мы их даже не держали в руках. Нас наверное хотели обокрасть пока мы неоднократно спускались по звонку за ключами, которые якобы нам положили в сейф. Ужас и позор Букингу, на котором я забронировала такое жилье

The only positive thing about this apartment was the location – most attractions were within walking distance.

Unfortunately, the accommodation itself was very disappointing. While the bed was reasonably comfortable, the bedding was poor quality and we were initially only provided with one very flat pillow each. Extra pillows were only provided after we asked. The biggest issue was security. The main entrance to the building was not locked, meaning anyone could walk in. There were frequently homeless people around the entrance and rummaging through bins outside at night, which regularly disturbed our sleep and made us feel uncomfortable leaving our belongings in the apartment. When we left today, 3 homeless people were even sleeping in the stairway. The smell around the property was also unpleasant. The courtyard contained overflowing bins and there was a strong smell of urine that lingered throughout the area, making it far from welcoming. The apartment lacked basic amenities. There was no air conditioning (only a fan), no wardrobe or proper place to hang clothes, and no safe. The space itself was extremely small and felt quite claustrophobic. Several maintenance issues made the stay frustrating: * The curtains fell down when we tried to close them, leaving the entire window exposed. * The bathroom door would not close properly because the door frame was misaligned. * The shower curtain leaked water all over the floor. * There was nowhere to mount the shower head, so it had to be held while showering. * Hot water was unreliable and occasionally turned freezing cold. To make matters worse, the apartment numbers were poorly labelled. During our stay, two different guests attempted to enter our room because they believed it was theirs. Overall, the apartment felt neglected, poorly maintained, unclean, and insecure. While the location was convenient, it did not make up for the numerous issues we experienced during our stay. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it.

Ha sido la peor experiencia que he tenido en este tipo de alojamiento. Estuvimos 5 días y el anfitrión jamás respondió a nuestras solicitudes

El 3er día no hubo más agua caliente, el secador de pelo hacía cortó circuito, cortina de baño, enchufe dormitorio, mesa de noche y sillas en mal estado. No tenía almohadas, ropa de cama viejas. Refrigerador pequeñísimo, bajo la escalera junto con microondas, con riesgo de pagarse en la cabeza o quemarse al sacar algo caliente del microondas, vajilla incompleta. No tenía aire acondicionado, dormitorio no podías estar de pie. Entrada edificio abierta, con olor a orina y un vagabundo en el patio interior, no nos permitió sentirnos seguros nunca.

Dreckige und kaputte Ausstattung, keine Fenster, komplizierte Schlüsselvergabe, Bilder entsprechen nicht der Wirklichkeit Hab sofort was neues gebucht nach Ankunft. Keine Erstattung bekommen für diese Unzumutbarkeit

Ubytování bylo pro mě dostačující, na skvělém místě s jednoduchým parkováním před domem, předání klíčů bylo super jednoduché. Na jednu noc dobré ubytování

Musím říct, že zařízení bylo trochu použité. Odpad špatně odtékal, prkénko na záchodě bylo uvolněné atd. Myslím, že drobně opravy jsou třeba
