"Superb"

Great location (in the heart of the city, right next to the Danube), modern, well-furnished, spacious apartment. Contrary to some other comments we have read, it was not cold at all, even though we visited in the winter. Would definitely recommend for others!

Light-bulb in the living room should be switched out, it's not working at the moment.

"Very nice stay."

Very nice stay in heart of Budapest. Close to most popular tourists attractions. Apartment was clean, with all equipment needed. Contact with owner without any troubles, fast responding. Highly recommend this stay.

Quite cold (stay was in November) and it was not possible to turn on the air heating.

"renovated apartment"

+location, close to Danube River, tram stop, train station Nyugati, cafes…. +nice renovated apartment +welcome drink

-avoid this place during winter, there is no cental heating, only small eletric heater, it has no enough for apartmen of this size -hot water in bathrooms sink does not work -tv does not work -wall sockets are broken at look dangerous

Very kind owner, very good location (downtown, great access to running track on Margit-sziget), elevator, generally decent quality and design (though a bit on the boring “airbnb life is good” style), good instructions/procedure to get in. Nice touch with welcome wine and Hungarian chocolate.

A decent property with two distinct issues potentially (but not necessarily) affecting sleep quality: -the number one problem is the lack of airco (due to legislation) in a hot summer. If you aren’t sensitive to this, it shouldn’t be a problem, but my sleep was disturbed and cut short because of the heat and the noise (after opening the window.) - the second problem is the small bed. If you are small, travelling with a log, or with a lover that you want to hug constantly, it’s fine, but I shared the bed with my son (this was a last minute emergency booking) and it simply wasn’t enough. There were also small quality issues with light switches and power sockets but nothing major.
