It was clean, and had nice colours

The worst we have ever experienced. This summer for our holiday we chose this apartment, I thought we received all the information necessary to get in the apartment but as we arrived at 11pm. The code we received didn’t work to get through the gate, after we managed to contact them, after several attempts, poor customer service. they gave us another code which didn’t work neither. While waiting on the street with a child and a baby, for about 2 hours, waiting for a call back (which never happened) there was a lady who lived in the same yard, let us in and we managed to get inside the apartment. Now other disappointments. Desperate to have a shower, but there was no hot water. The owner decided to switch off the water supply for the boiler and take the switchers away. So couldn’t take that shower. First thing in the morning we called them to ask how to turn on the hot water, they gave us a youtube link of how to turn on the heating. Which is completely separate. We obviously didn’t want to waste our day in the apartment, we came back in the evening and we had to face the same problem. We called them, trying to solve the problem, but they weren’t useful, rather mockery. Other disappointments, the apartment was poorly maintained, the wall sockets were not properly installed, as shown in the picture. Unsafe and dangerous especially for children. The wallpaper was coming off the wall, the floor in some places was like swollen and the door could’ve been properly closed. In some places it was sticking out a bit, which could have hurt our feet. It was clean, and wuite nicely decorated, but all these negative experiences just makes me downgrade it. I can not recommend it, would never turn back.

The apartment what really comfortable and clean. There was also kitchen and all needed facilities. The location is perfect, it is very close to the centre. Quiet neighbourhood. Worth booking

The locatian of the apartment was great, and it is a beautiful historical apartment..

The host did not respond us until we reached booking.com , and the washing machine doesn't work.

Very bad experience. We had to wait outside in the cold weather with a small child because the host did not answer on our calls for 3 hours. I do not recommend it to anyone. In the same time the apartment was rent thought booking and air bnb. The owner of the apartment is a fraud and now she doesn't want to return our money.

The location was very close to the airport bus, as well as other buses and metro. The heating in the apartment worked very well.

States that there is a private pool however I did not see this anywhere
