SKQuiet place, with parking, next to the city park and not so far from public transport/metro. Exactly, what I was looking for.
HUVery good location in relation to public transport - any of the destinations we were interested in had been easily navigated to. Solid size of the property - there was ample space to host 5 adults. Amazing inventory in the kitchen - there was a wide selection of cookware, and the appliances are in perfect condition. The host had provided us with two sets of keys, so we were able to separate our group and not be stressed that the other group could not get in in case of others' absence. The host family themselves were very friendly and had tried their absolute best to share all the relevant information about all possible questions - we are very grateful for the amount of attention we were given.

ATThe hosts were very fast to respond to my queries. We didn’t have any delay getting into the apartment and were able to park securely on site, which was great. Everything worked and there are fantastic heating options - useful as we were visiting in poor weather. The location is very convenient.
