"nor bad for the price"

I liked the location, the ability to regulate the temperature in the apartment, kitchen equipment is necessary

bed linen and towels are very worn, dirty walls and courtains.

The air conditioning didn't work but I was only made aware of that upon arrival. The cover on the futon was covered in what looked like children's glue with glitter in it. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes upon arrival. In the cabinets, there were glasses stained with lipstick and coffee.
