Bardzo miły i pomocny właściciel. Brak hałasu ulicznego w mieszkaniu. Brak słońca o poranku w pokojach-ważne latem, kiedy jest gorąco. Blisko łaźni Shechenyi..Blisko stacji metra i przystanków tramwaju i autobusu. Parking jest dostępny za 5 euro pod budynkiem.

Dodałabym parę kubków do kuchni.
