Santos 1214 Apartment

An accommodation with everything you need. Super apartment, underground parking, metro 3 minutes away.

Everything was perfect! We were welcomed by very kind owner. Apartment was spacious and clean.

Fantastic accommodation, and the communication with the owner of the accommodation was even better. As in the pictures, it is exactly the same in real life, if not better. The owner was at our disposal for literally everything, even for what he didn't have to. A person simply thinks two steps ahead 😊 The apartment smells clean and new, everything is in perfect order. The bed and two-seater are very comfortable, the bedclothes smell of fabric softener, there are more pillows and blankets in the apartment, even though he knew that only two people were coming, great job on that. He provided us with coffee and a coffee machine, capsules for the washing machine, for the dishwasher. I was also impressed that the host is extremely accommodating, he came out in front of the building to wait for us, took us to the parking lot, explained every detail and took us through the entire building and the apartment. He even wrote in the message what was close to us, and mostly everything was close to us 😊 (that's another advantage of this accommodation). He also subsequently wrote to us in a message that the heating was turned off because of the nice weather (it was 26 degrees 😊), but that we can turn on the air conditioning if we get cold during the night. The host really left us speechless, we have all the words to praise him. As well as for his apartment. And we will come back again next year 😊 Greetings from Vrsac for Tamás 😊

The boss is very nice and the room is very clean

The flat was very clean, which i appreciate the most. We have there everthing we nedeed. Fully equiped kitchen with dishwasher. There is a washing machine. Great quiet location with shops nearby. We have enjoyed our stay.

Everything is perfect, cleaning,Center, very convenient trasnportstion, very friendly and helpful personel You can find everything like home I will definetely visit next time

Spacious and comfortable apartment with a nice balcony for a sunny breakfast. Area is quite and easy to get to. Free parking big plus. Host was very friendly and super helpful.

The location was very good. Very close to an Aldi supermarket and opposite a lovely dessert shop where you could buy cake and ice cream. Very quiet neighbourhood.

The apartmant located in a good place. The first thing I noticed the cleanliness. The owner take care of this apartmant.
