Excellent location. very friendly, helpful host. Breakfast was on my own.Super quiet, spacious place. I had everything I needed.

Nothing to mention.

The owner was extremely polite and full of gems. He seems to be an Italian nationale(He was saying fanculo when he came over to fix the boiler). He also lived right next to my room, so whenever I needed something, I sent a text message and he would immediately get me anything needed. He even borrowed me an umbrella once.🤣

The facility is lacking air conditioning but it's already mentioned in the descriptions. Just be careful if you're not used to dealing with heat. That's all.

The owner was friendly and offered help with the parking issue and overbooking. The condo is situated in the ground floor of the inner side of the building, thus it was quiet.

The shower curtain does not do the job, so the bathroom floor gets very wet. There was no mop nor any cleaning/wiping cloths to remove excess water. Very basically equipped bathroom and kitchenette. Dehumidifier in the sleeping room must be turned on 24/7 to prevent damp and moisture.

The apartment is in the center, easy to access, clean, plenty of space, well equipped to stay for a couple of days. The manager is super helpful, always available.

The apartment where I was staying is not on any of the pictures, but it looked similar. It's reasonably close to all the main attractions in the centre of Budapest (30-45 min walk) and the owner is friendly. The kitchen had a fridge, a microwave and an electric kettle. There was also an iron, although no ironing desk or washing machine.

Well, it's an old apartment in an old building. Don't expect anything fancy or everything to be in perfect condition. And the mattress was quite hard.

The owner s was very quick to bring us anything we asked. (matches, towels, hair dryer etc.)

It was not cleaned properly. We found a used cigarette on the floor next to the bed. It was not well organised. There was no soap, matches, hair dryer, etc. so we needed to ask for all of these.

Good location. Exceptionally professional and friendly host. A really nice person. Clean and fresh bed sheets, comfy bed, quiet at night. Clean and good bathroom with basics.

The flat I received wasn't the one I booked. The host has several flats and I got a nice little studio but unfortunately- travelling with my cats- it would have been important for me to get the one I saw on photos (safety issues, preventing furniture scratching, dusty corners, etc). There was a mezzanine in the flat where old besheets and mattresse were stored. It didn't seem hygienic but I couldn't prevent my cats to go there. I told the host that the flat wasn't suitable for me and the cats and because all other flats were fully booked, I only stayed 1 night and the host was kind enough to refund the rest.
