It was a nice enough location, staff were friendly

You had to go to the other side of the town for check in which was very inconvenient. You have to pay for parking during your stay. It's not family friendly at all, eg. The tv we had was tiny and barely had any channels, we got the top floor anf had to drag our cases and young children up 5 flights of concrete stairs to get to our apartment, and the same going home. The washing machine was taken out of our apartment so we had to travel to the next town to wash clothes (i was told there were washing machines in all the apartments). It was a nice enough view but very noisy as its right in front of the kids adventure park. You're not allowed to smoke even out on the balcony, meaning every time we wanted to smoke we had to walk up and down 5 flights of concrete stairs and go out the gate to the main road. The place wasn't the cleanest and the beds very so uncomfortable. It was very cold and the heating would not work and all the radiators seemed to be faulty. Not great with two small kids staying there. Definitely not worth the money or the hype. Won't be staying here again.

Got breakfast out,all good to see whats around,,never cooked in apartment,,if stayed longer,possibly would have cooked,,got it in holyrood hotel down end of town

Location was spot on right on the front could see the beach and fun park.

The basics were very poor! For a family of 5 there was 1 toilet roll left for us for a 2 night stay. The washing up liquid was nearly empty so had to be filled with water to be able to wash dishes. The oven was practically useless took 2 hours on max heat to cook a couple of pizzas. No baking trays to cook food so to cook sausages in the morning had to use a casserole dish again took around 2 hours to cook. The 4 slice toaster was broken on one side and half burnt the bread on the working side. No antibacterial spray or cleaning products to clean the apartment. The inside of the windows were full of hand marks and the walls and ceilings had some bizarre stains one looked like a slime stain in the bunk bed bedroom. The bed coverings and cushions were stained with random things. The tv was tiny and the remote did not work and the tv had no buttons to even do anything. The glasses in the kitchen looked like they had all been taking from the local pubs. The toilet seat was very dodgy would move to the right side and the toilet brush had seen better days had old toilet roll on it, stained and the bristles were dishevelled and missing. In the main double bedroom there was a used dirty plaster under the bed on the edge. The fridge had no shelves so milk leaked all over and there is no freezer so no where for ice. The basics were just terrible and for the price of the accommodation for 2 nights these should be there. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with the standards and cleanliness. The beds were comfy and part from the decorative throws they were clean.

We got upgrade to different apartment because their small issue day before we arrived very pleased how they resolved it, very appreciate for a family holiday as we had 3 young children with us youngest was 5 months old great location easy to walk to places.

Having a young family getting ready in morning can be busy ,I found 10am check out is very early maybe a bit more time it would be better or even late check out offerded.
