Good location and close to every thing. But the apartment was extremely dirty, stains on the bed sheets and there was bugs and small clear eggs on the bed in the main bedroom which we then never used during the stay , 4 of us had to stay in one room. In that bedroom there was a mat on the floor which looked like someone had went to the toilet or vomited on it, we couldn’t take our shoes off. There was a chips from the previous guest lying in the corner. Random bits of questionable things stuck round the walls in all the rooms. The leather sofas were bogging had to wipe them with baby wipes before sitting on them and the wipes where black, almost went through a full packet

Location was excellent. The apartment was spotless. It was fine picking up the keys even though we had to find the office which wasn't near the apartments but the 10am departure was a little early. 12 noon would be better to vacate. Also the cash deposit of 300 euros is very expensive.

The property company asked for a bank card to hold a security deposit when we were checking in. We were informed that this was a formality and now €300 has been taken from my husbands account in a pending capacity. This was actually removed. How is this correct procedure. It is now four days since we checked out and the money has still not been restored to the bank account. This is completely unfair as we paid the cost of stay well in advance and in full. We have stayed in many many properties and this has never happened before. It is very unprofessional and seem illegal. The apartment was sold as a sea-view with balcony and due to this was more expensive. On arrival there was a sea-view and balcony but this was unable to be opened. Again so disappointing. The TV in the apartment did not work at all. Very very disappointed and disgusted by the facilities and treatment of secure customers monies. I feel this company should look after their customers.
