Posizione centralissima e affaccio su una via che nelle ore serali e notturne diventa silenziosissima! Erika molto disponibile, possibilità di depositare i bagagli prima del check in e dopo il check out a brevissima distanza dall’appartamento

Die Lage ist super, Supermarkt, Restaurants, Cafés, Geschäfte und Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Bushaltestelle zum Strand Poetto in der Nähe. Moderne und komfortable Ausstattung. Sehr bequeme Betten. Ruhige Straße, auch in der Nacht

Mooi appartement met fantastische ligging

Fairness van de eigenaar. Helaas had tijdens ons bezoek de airco bij het slaapgedeelte een mankement. Eerste avond lekte die en tweede avond maakte die zowel bij aan als in uit modus een irritant brommend geluid. Hierdoor zeer slecht kunnen slapen . Helaas is de eigenaar bereid om ons slecht voor 20 procent van totale overnachtingskosten te compenseren wat naar mijn mening te weinig is.

Logement confortable, moderne, bien équipé, dans un quartier piétonnier touristique

Il faut traverser une chambre pour accéder à l'autre Salle de bain bas de plafond Rien pour se laver ni s'essuyer les mains dans la toilette du rdc Pas de parking à proximité Le logement peut accueillir 5 personnes : nous étions 3 pour la 1ère nuit ; notre fils de 22 ans voulait nous rejoindre pour la 2ème nuit mais les hôtes ont exigé un prix absolument abusé. Nous avons contacté Booking pour faire respecter les prix annoncés sur le site web mais les hôtes n'ont pas accepté. C'était extrêment décevant et malhonnête de leur part.

The location was great. The ground floor has a kitchen, a living area, and a bathroom. There’s a staircase that leads to an open, studio-style space with a double bed, and at the back, there is a room with single beds - just as described in the listing. Keep in mind that the room with the double bed doesn’t offer much privacy. There is also a full bathroom upstairs. Check-in was very easy.

The air conditioning was noisy. Not much else to mention.
