Purtroppo in foto si vede un grazioso terrazzino che in realtà non è usufruibile in quanto in condizioni pessime.

The location was excellent. It is very close to everything in the city centre, while still being away from the most busy streets. The apartment is spacious and cozy with decent sized rooms.

It was very cold in one of the bedrooms, so that's something to keep in mind during the colder months. There were three air conditioners - one in one of the bedrooms and two in the main living room. However, one of the air conditioners in living room wasn't working and they couldn't heat up the final bedroom nor the kitchen area either way, so that was super cold. Furthermore, we lost all access to water on the second to last day. We spent an entire day without access to any water in the apartment, before the host was finally able to offer us to move the day after. However, we had to find an alternative accommodation ourselves and then go through the refund process (which turned out to be quite the hassle) - it would have been great, if the host had taken charge here and helped us out. So that was a pretty sad ending to an otherwise good (yet cold) stay in the apartment.

Very well located apartment, close to all Cagliari attractions, spacious, well equipped, you will find everything you need and even more. snacks and drinks available at the arrival day. Bus and train within 10 min walking.

There are not enough windows and daylight, I could not turn on the microwave or make a cup of tea, the cups did not look clean. There were clothes in the wardrobe.
