Very close to restaurants, gelato, grocery Poetto beach not far from you Quiet and safe Room is spacious

Parking is tough close by Tip: use white lined spaces at the hospital nearby and make friends with local parking spotters Careful with steps on way in or out

Nothing negative about the flat! Google map and Cagliari don’t seem to work well. If you come with rolled luggage I recommend putting the wheelchair accessible setting for walking to avoid stairs while with luggage…

It had a lot facilities and really good loocation. Coffee was available for rtus and other things for cooking too. The host was really nice.

It was noisy, the interior was nothing special, not modern, just fine and the air conditioning was blowing directly to the bed. It was very close to the next building so we had to keep the curtains closed most of the time and it was pretty dark inside.

Great location, very comfortable, easy walk to town. Host helpful and friendly. Fabulous being so near the sant efisio Church .

Lights in stairwell don’t stay on long enough.

The appartment was very cosy, clean and comfortable, in a great place with a view on the church. It was very close to the railway and bus station and all the monuments and the city life. Very good contact with the owner.

The location was prime, very walkable and quiet, what I liked about the bedding was you slept with a comfy duvet instead of a sheet underneath the comforter. If you don't drive, taxis might not drop you off or pick you up right in front of the building, but it was manageable to walk to the Via Domenico Alberto Azuni, only 2 minutes. Don't forget to check Carcere di Sant'Efisio which was amazing and just a few steps away from the house. Edoardo was friendly and flexible, highly recommended.

You will need the key to open the downstairs gate, don't forget it when you check out.

Very good atmosphere of the appartment, we spent Christmas week there and it was perfect. Situated in a calm street but few minutes from all restaurants and bars. There was everything we needed in the appartment, so thank you once again.

We could not use the oven as it cut the electricity few times but once you know about that you can use other method to cool your meal so that was not a big problem.

We loved the location of the apartment, it was clean and spacious for two people 😊 Edoardo was an amazing host! He was very helpful and communicative throughout our whole stay. The apartment had everything we needed.

The bed was a little uncomfortable (too soft for our liking), aswell as the dining table, which is a little low. It would also be nice to have some curtains at the top of the window to block out the sunlight in the morning.
