The position was good, in the center of Cagliari.

The house is small and quite new, but we found cockroaches in the apartment and a bad smell of mold in the room.

Recently renovated apartment at the heart of Cagliari

The apartment had a constant smell of mold. Wardrobe had visible marks, Door of the room was bloated with moisture. Air-condition was poorly installed and as a result it was dripping inside the apartment. Manager showed us how to place a bowl underneath but because of the wrong installation it was of no use. Definitely not value for money and don't recommend it. Needs serious repairments
