Good location, about 15 minutes walk from the train station. Lots of restaurants nearby. Great utilization of vertical space, to have a spacious upstairs loft which holds the sleeping area. Sitting area is compact, enough for two people.

Excellent and prompt communication when we had questions. The apartment, while small, was well appointed, clean, quiet,and comfortable.

Just to be aware there are a lot of steps to get to the apartment (2 floors) and a narrow staircase to get to the bedroom. This wasn’t problematic for us but it may be for some. We walked from the bus stop with our luggage and it took about 20 minutes. We took a steeper route there than was necessary and found a better route for departure.

Location is really good and the room is very sweet. It's just that there are many stairs both up to the room and in the room. We were fine with that, but it can be difficult.

The flat is tiny but very cosy and it’s equipped with everything you need. It’s perfect for one or two persons. The area is great, lively, and safe. You can walk basically everywhere easily from the property. There are also buses to Poetto beach and Calamosca (both are must see places) walking distance from the flat. The host, Loredana, is lovely and made us feel at home from day one.
