Tout était super, très bien placé, très bien équipé. Fonctionnel, tout ce qu’il faut pour être autonome.

Petit bémol pour le wifi, qui ne fonctionnait pas bien.

The house was very clean and perfectly equipped. It’s cozy and modern. Patrizio was very kind, very responsive and willing to help with anything we might have needed and gave us tips and info about the island even after we left his house to continue our holiday at the northern part of the island. The house is within walking distance from cafes, restaurants and supermarkets.

Patrizio is such an amazing host! The flat was very neat, modern, well furnished and squeaky clean on arrival. There were snacks, juices, coffee, etc. Not to mention how fantastic the flat is for a couple! The location is very central and close to a lot of bus stops. Although we didn't need it, there is even a private parking spot inside. The balcony is also spacious and even has a retractable roof if you want to relax in the shade. The view isn't the best but it was very private and perfect for taking a break outside and having a drink. Maybe we got lucky with the neighbours, but nobody complained about us listening music on the balcony or talking outside while it was pretty late. There were also sunbeds so you can get your tan in while having breakfast! The bed was very comfortable and a personal highlight for me were the 3(!!) air conditioners, it is a real lifesaver. Cagliari is such a beautiful city and staying at Patrizio's made our trip that much better. Our personal favorites were Bastion St. Remy (around 3 am the view is amazing) and Poetto beach (the sunsets are fantastic). Highly recommended!!

There was only 1 roll of toilet paper when we arrived. But honestly that's not a big deal we just bought new ones. The apartment building does tend to get humid very quick so make sure to leave some windows open when you leave or else the flat will be very warm and humid when you get back from town. For me however, these reasons aren't enough to not stay at this beautiful home!

Gute Lage

Frühstück ist selbst zu machen. Für 5 Tage waren zu wenig Lebensmittel vorhanden - wir mussten selbst welche kaufen. Die genannte Adresse ist falsch - die Wohnung befindet sich in der Vico 1 Sant Eusebio

Apartament dla 2-ch osób więcej niż wytarczający. Naprawdę nieźle wyposażony z naprawdę dużym tarasem. Gdzieś chyba przy tym obiekcie czytałem o jakichś problemach z WiFi, ale w moim przypadku było OK.

Parking okazał się płatny. Mimo wszystko to na pewno lepsza opcja od szukania miejsca na ulicy - w kwietniu, chodząc po okolicy chyba tylko kilka razy widziałem jakieś wolne miejsce. Warto zapytać się Gospodarza wcześniej o cenę parkingu ;) (niesłusznie założyłem, że jest to udogodnienie ujęte w ofercie)

Vom freundlichen Empfang bis zur gesamten Betreuung - Patrizio ist ein hervorragender und extrem freundlicher Gastgeber. Das Apartment selber ist bestens ausgestattet und alles funktionierte tadellos, auch ein Parkplatz ist angeschlossen - ein must have in Cagliari, wenn man mit Auto unterwegs ist. Die Lage etwas außerhalb des Zentrums (12 gemächliche Min zu Fuß) erlaubte entspannte Nächte und einen erholsamen Aufenthalt in einer vielschichtigen Stadt. Dank einer gut ausgestatteten und gepflegten Küche konnten wir auch einige lokale Spezialitäten vom Markt auf "unserer" Terrasse genießen. Cagliari verfügt über ein gut ausgebautes Busnetz mit stimmiger Frequenz, Bustickets im Tabacchi oder online günstig zu erwerben.
