The pleasure of living in front of the sea

Carmen was a beautiful host. She answered any inquiry I had no matter what time of the day. She will meet you and her husband during check in and show you around the house, give information that you might need during the stay (like how to lock the balcony area and where to throw the trash) We are a family of 4 and the house has 4 rooms: 2 of them have AC and 1 have an electric fan. 2 rooms have 2 single beds and 2 other rooms have a big bed. The living room/dining also has AC. Towels,sheets,paper towels, and toilet paper are provided. There's also a washing machine at the back and also a place to dry your clothes. There are beach umbrellas,sunbed and other things you can use for the beach. (We left a kickboard and floatie, too) Theres 2 bathroom/toilet one upstairs and 1 downstairs. Both are working OK. The kitchen has everything one might need, though we didn't really use it that much. Now, the balcony/view. It is perfect. Right in front of the beach! Mornings are the best and it can be really noisy in the afternoon-evenings, especially during weekends because the balcony is right below the restaurants. It didn't affect our sleep, though. All in all, this place was perfect for us. Shops and restaurants are everywhere and the big supermarkets are like 10 mins walk so it's not that bad. The train station is about 12 mins, I think.

Location! Tons of space for a group/ family. You can hear the waves when sleeping in one of the back rooms

The bathroom upstairs could maybe use a little update as it’s a handheld shower. But honestly it’s not a big issue!

Spacious rooms and very comfortable beds. great for large groups and families. The owner was very friendly and left a book with restaurants and things to do in the area. Restaurants are all in walking distance and they all serve breakfast thru dinner. Night life is a great experience and you can view from the balconies. we slept with windows open to feel the natural breeze at night witch was great. Barcelona was a 45min -1hr drive depending on traffic but very convenient due to price difference. we will definitely be booking again!
