GBVery comfortable, sweet place to stay. Lovely extras as a welcome, fresh bread and butter, milk and teas & coffees. Everything you could need for a quiet, peaceful stay.
Nothing to dislike really, just wished weather could have been better, but not much anyone can do about that. Thank you for a comfortable stay.

The fact that it didn't state that the accommodation was attached to the house and couldn't get any signal . The owners had control of the heating times . Also if you drive there is no parking
GBWe had a great experience staying with Mark and Lynne. They were always available to answer any questions and help out, as well as making check-in and check-out easy. The accommodation is located at the edge of the village, making it a peaceful retreat, whilst only being a 10 min walk to the center. The stay was very comfortable and we had all we needed with the facilities present. We would like to return soon!
GBIt was clean, complete and convenient. Definitely our new go to place for visiting a relative in Calstock. Mark was extremely helpful and we loved being here. Having a welcome package of local bread, butter and milk with a selection of teas and coffee and some fruit was very thoughtful.
Not a lot to say here. We loved it. The only warning is that the annex is accessed with a climb up 3 stairs and a walk across some sloping grass. That may be a problem for less ambulance people.
GBgreat room in a secluded location. Coming from London it was ideal to escape to the quiet of Calstock and the Artist's Retreat was perfect. It was essentially an annex to the owner's house and as such they were very welcoming and helpful, but it never compromised our privacy. The room was a good size and there was a nice en suite bathroom and a whole kitchen which definitely came in handy. The fresh bread on arrival was a nice touch.
wifi wasn't great which would have made the stay better but it still worked most of the time and i suppose wifi shouldn't be your main priority for a stay such as this, so it didn't really bother us
GBThe apartment was nicely decorated, clean and tidy. Comfy bed and lovely shower. Tasty bread and butter thank you (great toast!).
We were given a What3Words location to find the property which took is up a narrow lane. When we got to the top there was no space to turn and had to reverse all the way back down and park on the main road. If this had been done in the dark we would have got stuck as unable to reverse safely. Good job I’m good at reversing! It was at the top of a hill from the town which was hard after a 3 hour walk but kept us fit.
