Size of property

The description and photographs on the booking website were not a true representation of the property - not sure where the “amazing pool view” was. Overall the fixtures, fittings and furniture were in a somewhat tired condition - which did not reflect the rental charges. Bathroom sink leaked as did the toilet, mold was round sinks and showers. It was difficult to look out of windows due to them being very dirty. Bedrooms were good with clean sheets and comfortable beds. Location of apartment was a long way down a side road off the main Candolim road and was in what appeared to be a residential complex - should have done a bit more research on the location. Cockroach was running around bedroom on first night. Owner did offer to have the apartment fumigated, repairs done on sink etc and cleaned the next morning but for us a little too late. We left after the first night.

I had booked this property but 1 was given another very inferior property on check in and I was cheated. So, don’t book for this property. Be aware of this type of cheating. Although I was not refunded anything I left it then and there. I lost my hard earned money , precious time etc
