When we arrived our host was in the property putting the lights on for us, as we arrived after dark. He was very friendly, and made us feel very welcome. The lounge, and kitchen were very comfortable. Whole property very clean. The milk and cheese in the fridge were a nice touch. The private patio was also nice. The racehorses go past the front door at 7.30am and through out the morning, which was a great sight. That was the highlight for me. Its a great place to stay if you are visiting the Paul Nicolls racing yard as we did.

The beds looked amazing on arrival, with a pretty pink room, and a green room. However, the mattresses and pillows were not comfortable in either room, and in my opinion need replacing.
