The property was immaculate and so bright and airy. All the finishing touches made it feel so homely and welcoming. The courtyard garden was gorgeous and we enjoyed relaxing out there having coffee Martin and Shirley were the perfect hosts and couldn’t do enough for us. The little basket of goodies they left for us on arrival was a fab idea. They had thought of everything We had the most relaxing time and did not want to leave.

Exceptionally clean and comfortable with fantastic hosts. Ideal location. Excellent pub opposite. Extra special with morning ride past with horses. Loved every minute!

Everything about our stay at The Annexe was perfect from start to finish. We were attending a wedding at Pennard House and the location could not have been better. The Annexe is modern, beautifully decorated, super clean and has everything you could want or need for a stay away from home. The hosts Martin and Shirley are just the loveliest people and made us so welcome. Martin even offered to take and collect us from the wedding if we needed a lift. The Annexe is 20 yds from a lovely country pub, so it was very handy being able to pop over for a meal when we arrived. Will definitely stay there again and can’t recommend it highly enough.
