Apartments are perfect for families. There are even toys for the kids. Big and well-equipped kitchen with coffee and tea. Terrace with a beautiful view. Everything was clean. Big bathroom with washing machine. Good noise protection. Good for sledding near the apartments.

Heating batteries produce permanent noise, regular clicks, knocks, time counting, etc. It was almost impossible to sleep :( Parking places can be taken by somebody else :( No lines on the parking floor or some kind of lockers. We had issues with parking every day. The nearest slop lift which leads directly to the apartment building didn't work at all. And we had to use a car all the time :( Also, there is a huge problem with parking places in the area.
