Not impressed with the property very outdated not up to a good standard and broadband not any good link extender Don work not happy at all

I left 1 night earlier because I started itching from the sheets. They didn’t look like they were changed and clean. The room was smelly and the facility of bathrooms was nothing to do with facilities. I didn’t liked it at all .

Location was fine.

The place stank of old tobacco. Its more.of a banged together outhouse than some.luxury barn conversion. Weak shower, bad smell and not worth the money. If youre going to open a spare space as a guest house more thought and maintenance is needed. Would not go back.

Cold, dark lights not working

The location and the cleanliness,the staff sending a maintenance man quickly to sort the lights, pillows,and heating.

The bathroom being outside the apartment and down the spiral stairs,leak in bathroom,no heating when we arrived, 4bulbs missing from light fittings,people downstairs smoking and the fumes could be smelled in our apartment and the same people having the television on all night loudly!!! Be aware if you rent the upstairs apartment the bathroom is downstairs and outside the apartment it does not tell you this on the booking.com site

absolutely nothing The comment boxes seem to have a cap on how many characters you can type. All the reviews that calling this place horrible are valid and I wish I had never booked this place. Still haven't gotten my deposit back

Do not stay here!!! Especially if you are looking to rent the apartment with a garden view. The room is upstairs and you will need to climb the most narrow and steep staircase (hard to maneuver with suitcases). There are locks everywhere as it is a shared building. This can make it feel like a prison especally if you are travelling with someone. If you leave the premises and someone stays behind they are essentially locked in the room/building. This is hardly safe in case of fire or other emergency situations. The kitchen is left with nothing upon arrival. No tea bags, paper towels, nothing. The accommodations were not clean ( dust and cobwebs everywhere). The internet connection sucks. Only works when you are at the at window by the staircase. The washroom is downstairs, and was probably one of the dingiest, dirtest bathrooms I have ever seen in a rental accommodation. There was HALF A ROLL of toilet paper, and no hand towels. When we inquired about the toliet paper, the management (who is a revolving door of employees) told us we could get more in 2 DAYS(!!) when the cleaning services came. How is this acceptable?? We ended up buying our own at the local Tesco. It gets worse this is a non smoking accommodations. The visitors downstairs from us decided to chainsmoke well into the night. The smoke and its smell engulfed our room. We had to wear our masks to sleep. We contacted management again and they didn't care. They offered unhelpful solutions like a cleaning service (with extra cost us) instead of coming to the site and attending to the issues. The correspondence we had with them was literally disrespectful. We called Booking.com to inform them of our grievances and they tried to assist with refund, as we could no longer stay for health reasons. The smoke smell was intense. The property denied us any compensation. We left and had to find other accommodations. If you need somewhere to stay in Cheshunt don't do it here.

From arriving it went down hill rapidly in the main house people started arriving with massive amounts ov alcohol and bottle and bottles ov drugs and powder /gas cans .from then on music on full at one point mustvov be 30 people all on drugs and alcohol!!!!!!! All numbers provided dismissed this at first until videos were sent in ov all this carry on over 2 days this lasted used my bathroom blocked it up with food and so on !!! And property to the falue ov £500 pounds stotel one nights sleep other went elsewhere !!!!!!!!!!!manager did nothing no refund not so delivered keys to police station and reported the whole incident it's a shame I didn't take photos ov the mess anyone would like to see email me stay well clear ov this place !!!!!!!!

Everything… - Bed is old and used wooden slats - Sofa bed is fit for a small child and no spare bedding - No where to park - Owner hung up and pretended couldn’t hear me on a call - Said cleaners were coming to sort it out and bring bedding and didn’t - Wires hanging from the roof - Blinds broken - Asked for £50 deposit then when filled out the form it went to £100 (still not received it back) - Ask for part refund as my colleague had to book another place to stay but refused - Hallway entrance is a dumping ground of clothes and other stuff - It’s a room in a loft not an apartment or studio - Main light switch is downstairs - Can hear all the traffic due to a huge hole in the room
