The owner is nice and welcoming.Highly recommended place to stay in close to everything.Clean,comfy and beautiful.Checks all the marks.

It was raining during our stay,so we couldnt enjoy the city fully ,knowing its 1000 times more beautiful in good weather.

Great location and only one flight of stairs.

We only found out about the construction next door a few days ahead, but our host was very gracious to allow us some options.

Nice original house directly in historical center. All cafe’s, shops, food market 5 minutes to walk. Not far away from railway station and from the beach. Host Silvia is such a nice and very helpfull person.

Good location, big and clean apartment

Low water pressure, but not s big problem

Location was great, everywhere in Chiavari was walkable, including the beach. Breakfast was modest but good value for the price. I really enjoyed my stay at Maison Verika!

I thought the host could have pinned me the actual location on the map earlier without us having to walk the opposite direction. Took us about 10-15 mins to find the apartment.

The apartment is located on one of the many narrow streets of Chiavari, which is not particularly easy to get around in. Fortunately our stay was not to visit the beach (we did walk there, and it is a bit of a jaunt). It is a pleasant apartment, roomy, has a washing machine.

Parking is not for the faint hearted. One must drive a circuit of city streets and end up at the top of a hill from which one must the walk back to the apartment. Going back to retrieve the car is very much an uphill climb. We were there two nights, so our one full day was spent driving into the hills above Chiavari to find the tiny town from which my husband's grandfather had emigrated. So we only had to make the climb a couple times. We were able to bring the car back down to load our luggage.
