"I really enjoy my stay at tic tac toe"

Location is very handy, everything is so neat, tidy and clean. I have stayed here every time I visit Armidale for uni and it’s always lovely. I won’t stay anywhere else now I have been to tic tac toe.

The lounge isn’t very comfortable but that’s only a minor thing.

"Loved our stay there."

Very spacious, modern and spotlessly clean. Beds and furniture all very clean and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen, quiet location but very close to town. Host was very accommodating to our requests

Everything perfect, couldn't ask for more.

"Comfortable modern apartment very close to Armidale's city centre"

The apartment is very modern, and located very close to Armidale's city centre. The place was very comfortable.

It felt a bit aseptic. While I understand it is a rental apartment, a personal touch would improve the stay, in my opinion.

"Definitely will stay here again!"

The property was in a great location, it was quiet, clean, modern and had all the comforts of home. If travelling with extended family they could potentially stay in the property adjoining, that’s a bonus!

There was off street parking, but we could not access the garage.
