Clean apartment, very nice host. A large playground next to the apartment, large shopping mall nearby. Good parking - as many wrote here, it is essential to get a car living in this apartment, good beaches are far away.

The price of the apartment matches the location. There are workshops around the apartment which were sometimes noisy. The apartment is on the ground floor right next to the road (less than a meter) which is thankfully not that busy (be aware of it) and right next to the entrance to the building which consists of multiple apartments. Some nights were quite busy.

Great location, great room. Clean and cosy. Comes with complementary breakfast ( jams, bread, coffee). There is a microwave, fridge.

The room is cute and has everything you need. The price was reasonable and parking was pretty easy. The host is very friendly.

The bathroom doesn’t have a door. There is no air conditioning. We were in a ground floor room facing the street, which meant waking up at 6am every morning from cleaning trucks, cars, etc. The room wasn’t cleaned during our 7 days stay, no change of towels or even adding toilet papers or emptying the tiny bin we had.

The host was very friendly and ensured that I was as comfortable as possible and sent texts asking if anything needed changing etc. Provided me with some complimentary bottled water and sweets when I arrived plus coffee throughout the stay.

Towels felt a little old and rough and had a musky smell. Mattress wasn't the most comfortable.

The room was small but confortable. The bed and pillows were confortable. We didn't use the the kitchen utensils much but had all the basics available and a good selection of coffee, tea and snacks. The host was amazing, available and really attentive.

The bathroom door was not very secure and could benefit with more ventilation. The location was a little far from the centre and public transport but that is the trade off for quiet and real experience of Arrecife life.

Host exceptionally friendly and helpful. Enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend

No outside space but no big deal
