A lot of noise in the neighborhood, construction work, etc...

The flat was nice and well equipped. \it was very quiet and the parking spot was just outside the door.

The neighbouhood seemed a bit scary at night but I gues it's just an ipression as nothing bad was going on

The area is quiet, yes, it's the farthest edge of Arrecife, but it's truly peaceful and safe here. It's a dead-end street, so there's no foot or vehicle traffic passing by the windows. Plus, parking is never an issue. It's about a 45-50 minute walk to the city center and the promenade. Within a 15-minute walk (or 5 minutes by car), there are several large supermarkets where you can buy anything you need. The apartment itself is nice. There's a separate bedroom, though it doesn't have a window. There's a window on the roof, where the neighbor's chickens wander around in the mornings. :-) There's a washing machine and dryer. All the necessary kitchenware is provided, along with a microwave and refrigerator, so cooking is a breeze.

However, there's a Wi-Fi dead zone in the bedroom.

The location is an advantage for travellers who are not only interested in typical tourist destinations. The property is located in an urban area where mostly locals live, so it is possible to get a glimpse of local life. As for the accommodation itself, we appreciated the two sets of towels (so it was easy to dry one set and use the other in the meantime). And it was very kind of the host to leave cold drinks in the fridge to welcome us:-)

If you're looking for a quiet place, the location is a bit noisy during the day as planes fly over Arrecife. But for us it was not a problem, even for our little daughter who still sleeps during the day :-)

Privacy, cleaner and size of the room

Property was very clean and everything was almost new

I should have a car to get there, it’s far from public transport and city. Least 20 minutes walk to bus station
