Casa Bellambriana

The lacation was good for us. House was clean but small ants were everywhere which need to be treated.

Sofa and sofa-bed were so dirthy. Not children safe( window so short and can be reach easily by my toddler) Even the building has lift, the very big step at the entrance makes it difficult to be accesible if you have pushchair and you're alone

The apartment is big, with lots of light and the location is fairly close to the beach and pier restaurants. There is a kitchen so you can cook at home, and a comfy bedroom with a fan. It was very easy to check in and clean. There is also free parking directly opposite the house which was perfect because we rented a car. There is also plenty of toilet roll, shampoo and sunscreen which was helpful, also a bottle of water when we arrived. Additionally, it’s not a very tourist area and we were seemingly the only tourists staying there which made the trip more relaxing.

There are lots of little bugs in the kitchen, there is bug spray so it’s easy to kill them, but make sure to not leave any food in the kitchen.

An excellent apartment. It is in a residential block and is very quiet.

Maybe the TV could be a bit bigger but that's personal preference.

Lovely apartment, exactly as in the pictures. Very comfortable and in a good location with easy access into town (although it is up a bit of a hill!) and the Open Mall/Hyperdino supermarket. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had lots of helpful amenities, including but not limited to: a bottle of water in the fridge. Generous and useful items in bathroom. The neighbourhood was quiet at night. Not many eateries in close proximity. The lift was very convenient for coming back with shopping too. The host, Luigi, was very communicative and friendly via WhatsApp. Easy-peasy. Grazie, Luigi!

Quiet, good value basic apartment in a great location if you have a car - easy to walk into town but far enough out that you can park outside (you don't want to get into the one way system in the old town if you can help it!)

Not an issue for us in January, but be aware there is no air con, I think it might be quite hot in summer.

Rooms were very spacious. There was everything we needed!

Bathroom ventilation turned on with lights and it was annoing

Arrived on a lively saturday night, followed by a very quite sunday (LIKE IN NORWAY SOME 50 YEARS AGO). No tourists around (expt. us). Close to everything in Arrecife, only 450 meters to the Guaguas. We like to bus and walk and bus. Very good bed, spacious and well-equipped, large apartment in a part of town we do not visit to often. Knobs to hang our belongings, which you rarely find these days. Luckily the terrace is two floors up, on the roof. Very nice in the "African" nights that occured. Should rather have stayed ten nights, but just five available, still, luckily, exactely what we needed.

Bring your "Maglite Linterna", difficult to set the code in the dark. (We luckily had our available). High threshold from the street, also a high bath-tub and not much to grab at.
