If you are a light sleeper note that there are thin walls and you can hear the neighbors, we were pretty tired every night so slept like a baby

A really amazing contemporary modern spacious apartment. In a very convenient area with good restaurants within 5mins walk. Local supermarket Spar is just 2mins walk. The sandy beach is also 5mins walk away

The letting agents were not totally honest with us about the major building works going on next door. Work started 8am every morning and it felt we were in an earthquake/war zone without exaggeration. When I complained to the agents they apologised saying it was out of their hands but they should have advised beforehand about these in advance.

Vero good location, spacious modern flat, extremely clean (and I am a very picky one!!!!), the owners always available to sort queries quickly.

All was perfect, but there are ongoing building workings in the building attached to the property (Nov 2023) and they would start drilling walls each morning at 7:55 am, so everyone woke up due to noise. :(

Modern flat with the view over the park and ocean. Good quality, clean. Close to bars and restaurants. Sand beach very close appr. 300m. Next supermarket appr. 150m. Parking 20m (5 EUR/day)

Heavy construction work directly close to the apartment (behind the single wall). From 7:30 am to 4pm you are "leaving" with excavator, diggers, shovels and other heavy construction and road construction machinery. You are not able to talk to your partner in the apartment. The sound level is incredible and will destroy your vacation for sure. Nobody mentioned that on the Booking.com and gave us the chance to cancel the preservation. Bad practice from my perspective. See real pictures below (taken: June 10th 2023) The balcony doors are not lockable. Safety issue! Everybody is able to open the doors from outside without any tools and visit you in the night. I asked Jose to fix it on the first day and no any action follow. We couldn`t sleep well because of the potential "night visitors". Not really relaxing knowledge. See pictures below. All in all more disadvantages as advantages in this case. We were unhappy and the vacation time was destroyed. Booking.com were informed incl. video and pictures and was not willing to help us in the reality. Bad service. From my perspective the construction works will disturb you until and of 2023 for sure. Check the situation before you'll book it or take other building there. Update 26.06.2023 PS. Owner commented to inform me in advance about the constructions works in the area, but just 2 days before arrival (outside of the permitted cancellation time of 30 days) means the comment of the owner is just partly truth. PS2. The owner tried to avoid the real meeting on my first arrival day before 16:00 - today I understood why: before 16:00 the discussion in the apartment would be impossible because of the loud construction works outside, PS3. I wrote all the positive arguments about the apartment into my opinion - see above and the owner explained that the guest is not OK.... curious.

Very clean and modern, everything looks like on the picture, beautiful view, close to the beach. Everything was perfect.
