Location and communication were very good. Quiet residential block. Top floor and stairwells and communal areas were clean and tidy

The apartment needs some work, and definitely a better cleaning regime, stained toilets and plug hole full of hair. Carpets need cleaning and resecuring to runners, these are quite a trip hazard. Bath needs repairing in order to make it usable. Could do with more cooking equipment i.e chopping board, jug etc. Freezer badly needs defrosting and fridge fills with water frequently.

property is well situated with an array of shops , takeaways and restaurants within a few minutes walk

the location

the place is located in a very nice area and overall the property is in a decent condition. However, it had many problems including a constant smoke detector beeping, broken sofa, broken dining table, locked balcony door, vacume cleaner not working properly, no netflix. The managment failed to fix the problems dispite stayning there for 8 days. They showed little interest in making things right at the end.
