Please note that there is no reception at this property. Guests are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance of their expected arrival time. Upon arrival at the hotel guests need to call the property so they are recommended to carry their booking details for reference. The meeting point is Hilltop Road, opposite Pool Meadow bus and coach station, CV1 5SA. A surcharge of GBP 40 applies for arrivals outside check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note that washing powder and dishwashing tablets are not provided. Please be advised there may be a 15-minute waiting time upon arrival before check-in. Please note that double beds are standard, but twin rooms may be available upon request. Please note that the property is located in a residential area and that no social gatherings are permitted. No visitors are allowed after 21:00. For the comfort and security of all guests, the apartment is strictly for registered guests only. Multiple visitors, additional visitors, or unregistered occupants are not permitted at any time. Business activities are not allowed on the premises. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
