Apartamento Poniente Beach

Fantastic communication at such short notice and the apartment was great value for Money.

bath water was cold ,,,but the shower was lovely and hot,,,just a shame I like a really hot bath but couldn’t unfortunately

The view was fantastic and crazy!!! The apartment was adequate in terms of size and cleanliness! Lali and Gabriel were also very kind and helpful! ❤

We enjoyed staying in this accommodation chosen primarily because it provided secure off street parking, access to nearby amenities such as supermarkets, and a fabulous view. The photos very accurately described the contents and fittings of the apartment, 1 double bedroom and a smaller (single room) as well as the open plan kitchen living space. The kitchen had all the equipment appropriate to it's size, cleaning materials were supplied and a plug-in radiator provided heat for the chilly mid-winter evenings. The bus stop was very close by which allows access to central Benidorm and the wider area. A short walk takes you to the beach which was an additional bonus. The owner responded promptly to any enquiries we had as we sorted out directions to the property, key pick up and drop off.

The electric kettle would benefit from an upgrade

Great location, amazing view, very clean and equipped with what you need for a perfect holiday. Very helpful for an earlier than expected arrival. Fabulously friendly cleaner and owners. Responded to all questions very quickly. Will be staying again for each and every visit to Benidorm. Might make an offer to buy it so get your stays in quick 😃

No pool this time of year but the Sea is very close by. Going home 😪

Gabriel was extremely helpful and the facilities were excellent. The view was brilliant.

First of all, the view from the living room is wonderful. You can drink your coffee and watch the sunrise from the sofa. The apartment is clean, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook. There is a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, just about everything you need.The contact person is very kind and available to answer at any time. The apartment had 2 bedrooms, big enough. We definitely recommend the location.

There are probably small things that can be improved. For example, the door to the bathroom opens a little hard and makes quite a lot of noise, and the person sleeping in the bedroom definitely wakes up. A double bed could be placed in the large bedroom. But that doesn't mean you can't have a great vacation. The apartment is clean, which is the most important thing. I recommend!

Great location, uncrowded beach, wonderful view from the window, quiet evenings, very nice host . Might be difficult for people on their way home from the beach because of the many 210 stairs, same high like a 7 floor house upp. Aside from that, we liked everything. The location and the view are just amazing. The apartment is very nice, good for 2 to 4 persons. The supermarket is just near. Parking is included, but not always available. The swimming pool is very nice also.

No dowable bed in the main bedroom room, just 2 separate beds, better quality bed sheets will also make the difference. No air-conditioning in the main bedroom. The door of the bathroom has an issue, difficult to open it from inside, and making a noise, if a person is sleeping in the main bedroom which is exactly near, no possible to not wake. A double bed in the main bedroom, a small air-conditioner in the main bedroom, and a small TV will make a big difference. The shower needs more pressure
