Everything so easy

Very nice apartment. Clean and well appointed. Excellent location. Sea view. Quiet and relaxing. Close to restaurants and shops. A lovely bistro connected to the building.

Steps to the main entrance and two flights of steps to the apartment once inside could prove difficult if a person has mobility issues. Parking at the location is not recommended as the entrance is very tight. The owner recommends parking in the village which is plentiful but again could be difficult for people with mobility issues.

The apartment was beautifully presented with more than adequate comforts provided for, parking arranged in advance and easy to follow instructions for collecting keys. The view over Benllech Bay from both living and bedroom was just lovely. I would book again without a moments hesitation.

It looked exactly like the pictures. Lovely pieces of furniture. Hoover left and a good recycling bin. Bright and airy and views were amazing.

Wasn’t clean. Needed dusting, microwave was moldy inside. Bathroom shower had too much mold. Toilet seat didn’t fit at all. Gaps made it somewhat precarious!!

The cottage unit and views were great , really clean and modern unit , comfortable .

Parking was away from the unit on the street as too tight to park at rear of property, meant had to take luggage a fair way . Unit was lovely so made up for it

This was our third time staying in the apartment, and unfortunately it was disappointing compared to our previous visits. The oven and stove was broken which we weren't aware of when booking (we reported this but didn’t get a response), and the overall cleanliness was not up to standard. The hallway and stairs leading up to the apartment looked like they hadn’t been hoovered in a long time, and inside there was a strong unpleasant smell in the living room area, almost like off milk, as though a previous guest had spilled a drink on the sofa or rug. The kitchen tea towels also had an unpleasant odour. We’ve enjoyed staying here before, but this time the standards were much lower than expected.

The hob and cooker were not working

Very comfortable, convenient and good value for those of us in the Care and Voluntary sectors!

I struggled a bit with the shower screen and cubicle, but then I am a little larger than average!
