Bellaview Apartment Barmouth

Great location and views from the living room. Very close to the local parkrun. Lots of things to do within walking distance and only a few minutes from shops and restaurants. Perfect weekend break.

The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated and very comfortable furniture, the bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever stayed in with booking . Com The pillow were also the best , the linen and towels were super soft and a good size . The comfort of the chairs by the window were lovely and a pair of binoculars on the window sill so we could look out to sea 👍. The welcome bottle of fizz on arrival was a lovely touch . I would definitely book again . I manage a bouquet hotel and understand how much effort is put into getting it right and this couple have definitely got it right .

In my opinion, the TV may need an update to more recent model and some increase in size.

Access was easy. Parking was easy. Felt welcoming on arrival with nice little touches like bottle of fizz, heating not turned off so it was not cold, welcome pack helpful / useful information readily available. The view as you walked in was amazing - exactly as the photos suggest - we spent a lot of time in the bay window!! It was January so I was worried about being cold but heating was great, and responsive so we could turn it down when out and back up when we got home as it warmed up quickly. All requirements seemed to have been thought of - including things like umbrella, beach chairs, games, and kitchen requirements. Bed was very comfy, with good quality linen and also large towels provided. Location was really good with good views, and the Mermaid chippy almost on the doorstep which is my sisters favourite!! Very close to Barmouth centre but a bit of a walk if you want to see the waves crashing at the other end - only an issue as one of our party are much less mobile.

The internet dropped out a couple of times on us but it came back not long after, and was good most of the time. We struggled to know which dial setting on the oven was just fan oven - would be good if this was maybe explained in the welcome book as the illustrations on the dial dont make it very obvious. We just tried each one so not a major issue but we burnt the first thing we tried to cook. I could not seem to get the shower fully hot no matter how I turned the dial. Water pressure was very good but did end up with a warm rather than hot shower.

Apartment was spotlessly clean. It was very comfortable, bed was very comfortable, and all the bed linen was beautiful. Fabulous bay window looking out to sea.. The kitchen was well equipped. Sofa was comfy. Liked the Christmas tree. The bottle of bubbly was a lovely touch as it was New Years Eve. Very close to town, which was great considering the storm on the first night. WiFi was good. Would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous little apartment on the seafront. Beautifully presented, bottle of bubbly on arrival, simple to use heating system, very cosy and warm, sitting in the bay window with a cuppa watching the world go by. Everything you could need in terms of kitchen essentials and large Co-op just 5 mins walk with plenty of fab little independent shops to wander into. Beach walks to occupy yourself and stunning scenery on the doorstep. Parking out front but back up permit if needed which you can use in other nearby towns.

The views were great, watching the sunset whilst chilling in the chairs with a glass of wine. The apartment was spacious & clean. Only a short walk into the main town. Extra touches in the apartment, beach chairs, binoculars, and information leaflets of plenty of places to visit. A welcome bottle of bubbly was a nice touch.

There was nothing that I didn't like.
