La vue (vue, mais que partiel sur la mer au rez-de-chaussée, je pense complète au 2eme étage), la place de parking dans garage privé, sécurité, le bon accueil, la propreté, la literie, les palmiers dans le jardin, la machine à café avec capsules, la disponibilité de l'hôte si besoin.
