"Zentrale und ruhige Lage mit geschmackvoller Einrichtung"

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles da, was notwendig ist, mit top ausgestatteter Küche. Sehr gepflegt, ordentlich und sauber. Schöner Balkon mit bequemen Mobiliar. Zentrale Lage und sehr ruhig in einem schönen Villen-Wohnviertel (alle Gebäude um 1900 erbaut, top saniert) mit viel Grün gelegen. Ca. 12 Minuten gemütliche Laufminuten bis zum Marktplatz/Innenstadt, die angenehm über Nebenstrassen zu laufen sind. Sehr bequem: Fester Parkplatz vor dem Haus.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt zentrumsnah, man kann in etwa 15 Minuten fußläufig in der Altstadt sein. Sie ist zudem sehr ruhig gelegen. Der Balkon ist toll zum Entspannen.

very spacious & quiet clean and well equipped kitchen

Five flights of stairs to walk up. very difficult with heavy suitcases and being a bit older. No laundry facilities
